Phenomenal, comfortable and informative. My wax specialist was Ashley she made me feel so comfortable and was very informative. In addition, I hadn’t been waxed in over 5 months and it felt so smooth. The facility was spotless and clean and warm welcoming from entering to leaving.... definitely will be back.

I did my lashes with Christina, she is amazing!! I got the classics it’s a more natural look. She walked me through the whole process and also how to care for them. I had an awesome experience. Excellent customer service! I like going to places where I feel welcomed. All the staff for Wax House are extremely friendly and very outgoing. You will never feel uncomfortable. I highly recommend this place! I always leave this place satisfied, whether my service is eyelashes extensions or waxing. If you've been thinking on getting your lashes done here, do so ASAP with LASHLEE. She is literally the best! She was the first person to ever do my lashes, I have always been scared to do them because I thought I would look weird with eyelashes. And let me tell you, she slayed! She is the only person I would continue doing my eyelashes with. Go book her!

I recently took the waxing and vajacial course with Wax House Inc. and it was amazing. My teacher Ashely didn’t hold back anything. I spent a whole day with her as she showed me different techniques & speed waxing strategies. She even motivated me to get on top of everything right now instead of prolonging it! Even the staff here was wonderful & super impactful. I overall loved taking this course and will be booking her other lessons.

My first experience at Wax House was amazing! The owner is super nice and informative. Loved how she examined me and suggested different things that can help my skin and my up keep. She was super quick and and does not double dip! She made me feel so comfortable and any questions I had she would answer them. She is stuck with me now cause I will be a regular. It felt good to find a clean safe spot in the Bronx where I can get my wax and pamper myself. Definitely recommend and will be recommending to all my friends.
